There is no better way to experience Main Street in La Porte than First Fridays. Each month, from Wine Walks to Kid-Friendly activities, offers something fun and new!
Paired with First Fridays is Main Street Trade Days, which takes place on the first Saturday of each month. This makes the entire first weekend in La Porte the perfect time to visit and enjoy all the charm and activities our town has to offer.

How it Works

START at Five Points Plaza (100 S Broadway). Check in to get your guide, map, or passport for the event. (Remember, it's always free!)

STROLL Main Street and visit the participating businesses to enjoy the evening's special activity.
GRAB DINNER at one of our local restaurants along Main Street. You can dine in or grab it to go. (Tip: The pavilion is the perfect spot to eat that takeout!)

The Main Street Egg Hunt: Stroll Main Street as participating businesses pass out eggs filled with goodies. Keep an eye out for the Easter Bunny, who will be making a special appearance!
MEGA Prizes: Be on the lookout for Golden Tickets! Find one hidden in an egg to win one of our sweet MEGA prizes.
